Large items such as furniture, etc., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Make sure you understand the condition of the item before you bid. All items are being sold in "as is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warranty.
Lenhart Auction & Realty will strive to describe to the utmost and provide photos of items being sold and will answer questions about items but make no guarantees once the item has been sold.
Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, or Discover with no extra fees. Payment will be paid to Lenhart Auction & Realty at the close of the auction with credit card. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 3 minutes. On the last day of the auction, items will close every 20 seconds starting at 7:00 pm EST. LENHART AUCTION & REALTY reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time. You must be of legal age (18 years) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. Lenhart Auction & Realty cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. Payments for purchases will be made to LENHART AUCTION & REALTY.
The initial registration for bidder verification only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. As in all our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid & pay for their purchases.Īll bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. Shill bidding is in violation of various state and federal laws. Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items.
